66. GardenWorld , how to get to the future.

In thea bsence of the old religios guidlines, the path to the future looks either arbitray, or based on some model of “evolution” of human institutions, as if these could just happen with good outcomes.

An alternative approach is to look closley at what nature is, and at human nature for what it is  (music, love, art, governance, violence, etc) and make choices based on knolwedge of what these two are, knowing all the while that it will be incomplete,  and desire for a better life, which is poorly defined.  But the task of exploration and experimentation would be coherent and consistent with the best of science (what is) and the best of religion (who we are) in the new context of a large successful population that has run up against itself, like a wave bouncing off of a wall along the sea.
